Jr. Assistant Program
Empowering Future Beauty Professionals
The Beauty Hub’s Jr. Assistant Program is a mentorship opportunity for young people (ages 14–18) who are passionate about the beauty industry. Through hands-on experience and guided learning, our Jr. Assistants gain early exposure to professional salon life, salon etiquette, and the basics of braiding and hair care in a positive and supportive environment.
This program helps young aspiring stylists build confidence, develop discipline, and explore a path that could lead to a rewarding career in cosmetology.
Program Highlights:
Shadowing licensed professionals
Introduction to salon sanitation & etiquette
Hands-on training in basic hair care and braiding
Faith-based mentorship and character-building
